flexible Fees

Your choice to embark on a new path in your life with coaching/counseling support is an investment in yourself. I can work with your budget by flexing around both the length and frequency of your sessions when appropriate, use a simple fee structure based on variable session length.

SIMPLE, FLEXIBLE FEE My fee is based on the rate of $30 per quarter hour,

Sessions range from 15 to 120 minutes, depending on your need. A 45-min session is $90, and a 60-min session is $120. Other options include a 15-min brief check-in ($30), a 30-min follow-up session ($60), and extended sessions of 75 or 90 min ($150 or $180). Some clients prefer to meet with me 1 or 2x per month for a longer sessions or opt for quick consults on issues that come up periodically. (FYI: Typically therapists schedule “by the hour'“ which is generally 45-50 min with a short break between sessions, whereas in my fee schedule a 60-min session is a full hour.)


I accept all major credit/debit cards and electronic payments such as PayPal. In most cases I can accept FSA/HSA account payments in many cases, even in I’m not in-network with your plan. Please note: Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged (a 15% admin surcharge is applied if any billing services are required to collect payment).

EAP Employee Assistance Programs If I am a provider on your employer's EAP plan, your authorized visits will be free of charge. Many employers offer EAP benefits. but they are often not well-advertised—check with your Human Resources department to find out if your company offers this free counseling benefit.

Sliding Fee Scale I reserve several slots in my schedule for a reduce fee, based on special circumstances and financial need. Visit Open Path to check availability

Insurance Co-payments If your health plan offers coverage for your issue, you pay only your co-payment/remaining deductible, and I will file your claims for you

HSA / FSA Account I can usually accept payments directly from your HSA or FSA health or flexible spending accounts
